Why is there a surcharge on my property type? A surcharge usually means your property is multi-level (like a double story home or a large townhouse/unit) and requires extra time and care to clean. It covers additional areas such as hallways, light switches, skirtings, vents, window sills/tracks, doorframes, stairs, railings, landings, under-stair spaces, closets, shelving and extra upstairs rooms.
Does Your Property Need Extra Attention? Please let us know if your property has excessive/heavy built up of dirt, grime, clutter, pet hair, or neglected areas. This helps us schedule enough time and provide an accurate quote. If marked as 'dirty' or 'needs extra attention', the quote will reflect the extra work required to meet Vanguard’s high standards. Should the property require more cleaning than expected, additional charges may apply. We’ll always contact you before proceeding with any extra costs to ensure full transparency. For unexpected, same-day heavy cleans, an hourly rate of $75 applies. If you're unsure about your property’s condition, feel free to send us photos, we're happy to advise.

Comprehensive professional carpet cleaning, including pre-treatment, steam cleaning, extraction and targeted stain removal to restore freshness and eliminate dirt and marks.
Removal of dirt, marks and scuffs on walls that require more than a standard wipe. Ideal for transforming and revitalising your property to feel fresh and new again-without the need for repainting.
Internal frames, tracks and handles are included in the vacate package.
Please note- we will only wipe down visibly seen skirting boards and do not offer cleaning skirting boards behind furniture/where heavy furniture will have to be moved.

To assist our cleaners upon arrival, please provide the following information. 

We ask this question to ensure we book you with a cleaner that does not have any allergies.
Please ensure adequate parking is available. If no free parking is available at the time the cleaner arrives, additional charges may apply in line with our Terms and Conditions, including the cost of paid parking being added to your invoice. For properties in permit zones, please provide or leave a valid permit on-site for the cleaner to use.

Payment and Summary 

To secure your booking, you can pay securely via Stripe by entering your card details below. PayPal is also available for a seamless transaction. If you prefer bank transfer, we will send you an invoice with our bank details—payment must be completed to confirm your booking.

Please ensure that all properties have power on the day of their scheduled clean. If a property does not have power, additional costs may apply at Vanguard Cleaning Services' discretion under our Fair Pricing Policy, ensuring reasonable and transparent charges for all parties involved.
